GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Do not represent yourself as an employee/representative of Advertiser or your traffic sources as official Advertiser social media profiles or websites.

Your traffic sources must not mislead into believing that they are official and should not be similar to official websites and/or social media profiles of Advertiser. If you use a website for the promotion of Advertiser, it should not contain the Advertiser brand in its name and should be clearly identified as not official on the first screen. Social media profiles or channels on video hosting platforms used as traffic sources should not copy the content of the official profiles or channels of Advertiser and should contain the wording “not official” in their name in case a brand name or a logo of Advertiser is used.


Do not buy advertising using the affiliate link and don’t bid for Advertiser brand queries.
Search and display contextual advertising can be used only by promoting your own websites. For your convenience, the list of keywords to be excluded from targeting in your ad campaigns can be found in the Negative keywords section. The use of the Advertiser brand name is allowed in the advertisement text only.


Do not use any traffic sources that could be considered malicious, for example, ad replacement software, malicious browser extensions, or websites that install malicious software.


Do not use spam to attract clients.
Spam is a bad marketing practice that does not benefit a potential client, the company, or even you as conversion results for spam materials are minimal. Any form of an unsolicited promotion involving mass sending without prior user’s consent is considered to be spam. This includes bulk emails and posts/messages on social media.


Do not advertise Advertiser using false or misleading statements.
Maintain a balance between potential benefits for clients and the risks associated with trading.

Make sure that all the information contained in the marketing materials is accurate.
Please keep the materials up to date at all times so as to not mislead clients by providing outdated information.


Warn your audience of risks associated with trading.
Your materials used for promotion have to contain risk warnings that are clearly visible to a reader. Risk warning texts can be found in the Marketing guidelines.


Do not conduct marketing activity in prohibited regions.
We accept traffic from all countries and territories, excluding Russian Federation, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Crimea and occupied areas of Ukraine.
