Do not represent yourself as an employee/representative of ATNM Digital Solutions or your traffic sources as official ATNM Digital Solutions social media profiles or websites.

Your traffic sources must not mislead into believing that they are official and should not be similar to official websites and/or social media profiles of ATNM Digital Solutions. If you use a website for the promotion of ATNM Digital Solutions, it should not contain the ATNM Digital Solutions brand in its name and should be clearly identified as not official on the first screen. Social media profiles or channels on video hosting platforms used as traffic sources should not copy the content of the official profiles or channels of ATNM Digital Solutions and should contain the wording “not official” in their name in case a brand name or a logo of ATNM Digital Solutionsis used.

Do not buy advertising using the affiliate link and don’t bid for ATNM Digital Solutions brand queries.

Search and display contextual advertising can be used only by promoting your own websites. The use of the ATNM Digital Solutions brand name is allowed in the advertisement text only.

Do not use any traffic sources that could be considered malicious, for example, ad replacement software, malicious browser extensions, or websites that install malicious software.

Do not use spam to attract clients.

Spam is a bad marketing practice that does not benefit a potential client, the company, or even you as conversion results for spam materials are minimal. Any form of an unsolicited promotion involving mass sending without prior user’s consent is considered to be spam. This includes bulk emails and posts/messages on social media.

Make sure that all the information contained in the marketing materials is accurate.

Please keep the materials up to date at all times so as to not mislead clients by providing outdated information.
